Title: Floppy bonnet!!

Is there any way I can tighten the gas rams that hold my bonnet up? If the car's facing slightly downhill, and there's the slightest of breeze, the bloody bonnet shuts!!

It drives me bonkers!!

Like any strut, they are serviceable.  The seals can be replaced, but it would be far easier, and probably cheaper to buy replacement struts from a breaker.  :y

I tend to give the struts a bit of a tug in the outward direction, that makes em stick  :D
