only in america!!

my mates dad stopped on the hard shoulder to change a flat
his mind was on the job until he felt something cold on his neck all he felt was cold steel, looked up and stared up the barrel of a CHP officers
shotgun.Who politely asked him what he was doing .my mates dad is really fast with the 1 liners but not on that day it seems. Anyway he was told that they change the flats and if it happens again stay in the car because some of his colleagues aren't so polite when they think a cars being stripped this happened about 90-91 as you say only in America
