First thing to do is get the pressures checked.

Does the system work once its cooled down.

Has it been re-filled recently?

I have seen one system that was overfilled and this shutdown at high temps and started again after the fans had been running for a while (and the system cooled a bit), this was tripping the over pressure switch.

In which case you may well have to much gas in it, was it a fully evacuated system which has had a weight of gas added?
