Post by: Martin_1962 on 30 July 2011, 15:36:59
Need to drill the holes, can someone measure where I need to drill the hole so I can get them in the right place please?

Thanks

In a word, no.  At least not easily due to the curviness of everything.

Photos including a ruler may help.  Left as links as the photos are quite large.

Front to back, the washer is about as far forward as it can be whilst remaining on the flatish part of the bumper.  In the photo, the ruler is hooked just one or two mm under the headlight trim.

Left to right, its inboard edge is about 5mm further outboard than the inboard edge of the front fogs below.

Shout if there is any problem with the pics, or if you would like more taken from different angles.

The total distance between the inner edges of the washers is 1124mm.  This is a straight line measurement with the bonnet open rather than following the curve of the bumper.

My washers are 50mm wide at the base so this gives about 1174mm between centres.  Hope this tallies with the photos!
