I want to swap mine, do I need to remove the bumper to get it out?

I have noticed I need to remove theheadlamps to fit the washers

Headlamps don`t need removing. Easier to remove bumper as per the guide http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1307480252
