A week after getting the astra I noticed the rear discs were a bit scored. Rear pads were very low. I phoned them up and took it in. A couple of hours later they rang to say it was ready. I was expecting at least new pads. They said they had road tested it and brakes were 100%. I explained to the nice lady that they had just lost all the servicing jobs on the car. She shrugged her shoulders.
I asked whether the '100 point network Q inspection' should have picked this up. She shrugged her shoulders. "The car is safe to drive sir"
Tw*ts. >:(

No matter what you get, people will tell you it's wrong. There are very few truly awful cars, and very few really great ones. They all have their pros and cons.

Very True, and anyone could get a Friday afternoon one. My daily car is a Citroen, very long story, lots of friends warned me off but has been fine. Got this to replace a PT Cruiser, looked great but uncomfortable, for me, and drank more than a v6 Omega.
:D :D :D

Not as from 18th Feb. It's going in for a new rear bumper. Also getting that little hairline one in the front bumper done, as a foreigner :y

Yep they are :y
Just about the only thing that isnt covered is bulbs....
Its netQ's major selling point........'once youve bought your 'new' 2nd hand vx.......we dont want you to have to pay out on it for the next 12 months' or words to that effect ;)

I'm not giving it to Vx to service. The price they add for the priviledge of an unecessary tech 2 diagnostic check will cover rear pads.
F*ck em.
