Title: 2.2 Poor starting when cold.
Post by: Robbo_cdx on 15 September 2011, 23:24:14
Evening,
as per the title really, car really odesn't like starting when cold. Once you get it running  and warm it's fine (ish, more on another thread) . Just seems to bog down and doesn't pull when you open the throttle, sometimes almost dies.

Thoughts anyone?

TIA

Robbo.  :)

Spot on  ;D
Looks like this is also tied into the mis-firing  thread that you have replied to as well.

Thank You.

if you do replace the rocker cover gasket, get a genuine one,the flebay ones dont always seal properly, and clean oil breathers out at same time.. :)
