Title: What oil ??

Hi i know this subject has probably been discussed before so appologies for asking but can any one advise me on the correct oil to put in the old girl. I am about to do an oil change and add some Wynns lifter treatment as she is a bit tappy on start up thanks. Steve  :)

GM's own 10/40 Semi Syth, its a good price on Trade Club, they do 4 for 3 on 5L bottles, works out at around £14 for an oil change including filter  :y

Used Vx 10w40 through the recommendations of other members and it proves the best option in terms of quality, price and protection.

best value is by buying 4 of them ie 4 for the price of 3  :y :y :y
