Title: heavy steering

Hi guys is it normal when cornering and aplying the break for the steering to go heavy ? ( feels like the power asit stops then release break and steering light again only had the car a few weeks so still learning how the car feels on the road ) many thanks

well when you brake all the weight is thrown foward so i guess steering will be heavier (never though about it really) and i guess if you are cornering and brakeing at the same time then it would be...,mind you you should never corner and brake anyway :y

are you sure its not rpm related? ie more rpm, its lighter, low rpm its heavier?

Don't think it rpm rated mate I have a nasty habbit of dipping the cluch when cornering and breacking for red lights I know I know not good bad habbits are hard to kill lol  :y

To be honest mate this is the first car I've owend that's bein this heavy if you can understand that

Check fluid level and condition, then check the fuse - cant remember the fuse number at the moment. ;)

Thanks a lot guys was two things power assist fluid needed a little top up and it was weight related also thanks again guys  :D
