Title: Water leak?

Hi Guys, im new to Omega's and ive just bought a 2.2 auto 2001 model. All seems ok but.....ive developed a water leak that is dripping onto the floor i think nearer the passenger side! I know very little about cars except the basics so any help would be greatly received. Thanks :-)

first check is the HBV, heater by pass valve at the back of the engine, its a common leak point. Passenger side however could be the scuttle drain, its worth checking this is not blocked and then slowly dripping through later.
