Title: Loose facia ccr 2006
Post by: omegabadger on 19 March 2007, 11:37:22
I've got a loose facia on the CCR 2006 head unit in my Omega CDX.  It causes the sound to cut in/out when touched.  Is there an easy way to fix this/change the facia, or am I done for?

The first thing to do is pop the unit out and check the facia is correctly seated....I suspect its been forceably removed before and the panel securing tabs have been broken.....in which case its a case of getting inventive....

Thanks for that.  I've had a look and it looks like the tabs have indeed broken.  I'll have to see what I can come up with!  Any suggestions would be very welcome.
