not mine, my friend with a P reg vectra CDX, i would imagine it is the same set up as a similar model Omega.
He has the radio code but not the multichanger one, i know it is a dealer thing but aside form the reg docs do they need anthing off the multichanger?
if so how the hell do you get it out of the glovebox???
-
To get the autochanger out of the glovebox on a Vectra you need to remove the glove box - Two screws on the underside (top of the footwell if you see what I mean) and two at the top of the glovebox with the lid opened then gently pull the whole box forwards, BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE AUTOCHANGER CABLE on the r/h side as you remove the glovebox
Once out (The trafficmaster will probably fall out as well because it's aerial is taped to the top of the box) there is a screw either side to release the autochanger and the cable needs to be gently unplugged.
Finally you can get the unit out to read the serial number!!!!
A number of outlets are able to get the codes from Blaupunkt but if you're struggling i'll dig out the number of a dealer I know.
