Well my new Omega is my pride and joy, it only has one minor fault. I'll be buggered if I can get reverse lights to work.
Didn't notice til I went to my mum and dads and couldn't see where I was going to reverse back up their drive. I've tried the blatantly obvious and changed both bulbs and checked the fuse and everythings tickety boo!
Had a word with my mate and he mentioned something about a switch on the gear linkage when you put it into reverse. Any ideas cause I'm abit stumped!?
Also, is it an MoT failure having no reverse lights?

Hello mate just a thought, It could be your reverse switch they can fail :y
-
Its not a mot failure and there is a switch on the side of the gearbox but im not sure exactly where but im sure someone will let you know soon
-
Most likely to be the electrical switch on the gearbox playing up, or the connector on it. Also check your fuses first. :y

Top tip in the meantime... use your hazards, or even your rear fogs, to illuminate behind you. HTH.
ETA: When reversing, obviously...

I haven't done anything with mine yet, mine work intermittently so at least they work sort of.
