Title: This may be a daft question

My Ex Plod MV6 has a button that I don't know what it does, above the stereo third one along from driver. Been pressed so much that has faded, lights up when pressed but doesn't do anything :(

Without looking, think that may be the ECO button, turns off the aircon compressor.
Will check later.

Just checked, it is ECO on mine (early mini facelift MV6)
from driver I have
Heated Driver Seat
Blank
Eco
Recirculation
Hazzard
Rear Screen demist
Disable ultrasonics
Blank
Passenger Heated seat

My TC is by the stereo, later ones have this on one of the above blanks
the other blank can be for rear blind

Believe nothing on a plod car.....the switches are all over the place....it could well be the lighting switch which is specific to plod cars

oh I can believe that! Got lovely little front fogs that do nothing but light on dash says they are working, Xenon on Drivers side sometimes decides doesn't want to play then switch lights on again and hey presto its working.

I've not got heated seats, unless switches are hidden :-( Miss them and the cruise from my CDX most

cruise is an easy retrofit
