Title: mystery film?

what was the film with martin sheen as a james dean a like who had a brother who had a crash at dead mans curve , the nasty sherriff had the meanest car in town and he had ran him off the road. que a manoa mano with sheens hot rod and  the tuned cop block :question

Well I had a looked through his films on IMDB but couldn't see anything so tried "Dead mans curve"+sheen in google and came across it. Then went back to IMDB ;)

There is one with Charlie Sheen in as an undercover cop, and joins a biker gang but I can't remember the name of that :-?

I watched that years ago and thought it was brilliant at the time, but couldn't remember the name of it for the life of me... I did think it was before that though
