Title: Display Safe

Can someone remind me what  a flashing Display Safe means on a CID. Has it been removed without Tech2 or is it in delivery mode? I can't remember which way around it is.

Flashing 'Safe' mode means it's in delivery mode and just needs tech2 with engine code.

When it stays as 'Safe' I believe it's a big problem since it needs to be unpaired while still attached to the ECU is was programed with (ie in the original car while being unprogramed).
