Title: Interior light/auto dip mirror

Have today been doing the wiring for my new auto dip interior mirror and just needed abit of further advise.I have connected the :
ign feed on plug to ign 12volt+ on mirror
grd brown to grd on plug
purple on plug to reversing light in passenger foot well.
Question is which other wire off interior light(there is 2 ::red permenant +///black only 12volt+ with bug eye map lights off....now which connection on mirror do I hook up to ??is it the 12volt green/pink from mirror plug..any ideas please

After several attempts I have now got it sorted out,and can confirm the colours of the wires were as I detailed..all now works and quite impressive.
Looks like GM used 2 different main colour codes for wiring..just my luck to have a mirror with 1 set and the plug and loom with another..anyway all works now.
Hope my ramblings will help anybody else doing a conversion/addition.
