Title: cctr 700 defected, which model to replace with?

Hi all!

I have a problem with my car stereo, I have a cctr 700 with the Bose sound system and now my radio is defected and cannot be repaired anymore. (1999 omega centinal 100 edition)

My local car stereo dealer advised me to find an other model which works with my bose system, there are almost no after markets radios which work with the Bose System without altering it they say, I do not want to remove the Bose Sound System.

Who knows which types work without any problems with the bose system, display, original cd changer en steering controls?
The phone function is not really needed, it is nice when it is present but I can do without if an other type without telephone function is available.

I am looking for a used cctr 700 but the are very rare, I cannot find one at all, so therefor the question if other models also work?

Nothing else will work with the current display and CD Changer.  You could put in a CCR800, but will need to do a fair amount of rewiring, change the display, and the CD Changer in the boot.

Thx , but I am not from the UK, both ebay adds are UK only

Yes, I can decode it (probably one of only a handfull that can!) - but a very expensive and nasty one to decode though.
