Title: built in onstar phone not working

ive got the built in onstar telephone in my car it worked when i got but now when i put my sim the network is coming up and signal strenght but wont let me call out or in just making a beep then stops. any idea's cheers.  :-?

Can you try another SIM?

Have you used the SIM in another phone and put a Pin number simlock on?

it worked with vodafone and o2 now it has stopped. it lets me use all the features but wont ring in or out.
