Anybody out there got the pinouts for this radio? I'm trying to hook up a handsfree kit and can't work out what's what :( Yes, I know there's a label on the unit telling you all the connections but mine's unreadable :'( Thanks in advance.

PS Does it have a telephone i/p so that I can use the radio speakers or does it just mute?

I don't I'm afraid. Have then for CCR600, no idea if the same though.

So, going on from my previous posts, can I infer from this
http://home.anet.net.tw/bob_chen/radio_phone/radio_phone.htm
(scroll down to the pinouts of the X1 telephone connection plug) that the SC804 not only has a mute pin but an telephone audio input as well, on pin 18 or pin 23 on the radio ISO connector so that my handsfree kit can use the radio speakers?

You can use the X1 connector if fitted by buying an autoleads or telemute adaptor loom that interfaces your phone kit to the loom. Very simple plug and play.
You could alternatively just join the Mute and Audio phone kit cables onto you existing loom.
It all depends what phone kit you have, what is the make and model number?

Nokia Cark 91! But does the SC804 have an audio in for the telephone kit? In the Haynes manual it looks like the built in 'Telephone' kit has a seperate connection to the front speakers ie not via the Radio.
Oh, it's all so complicated :)

To be honest I would simply link up the mute (Yellow) wire to the SC804 and stick with the CARK91's speaker.
If you need any spares for the Cark91 I've got a couple spare here.

Thanks but I've got a few myself! A mate of mine worked for a company who did a deal with Orange for company mobiles. When they turned up they all came with Cark 91's so we all had, er, a few ;)
I've ordered one of these Telemute leads which enables you to use the radio speakers for the handsfree unit once the radio is muted but I was concerned that I might have jumped the gun and ordered something I didn't need! Mind you, trying to get it all behind the radio in the Omega could be fun :-/

Depends which connector you are using, if the telemute lead is connecting to the X1 connector, you'll find the X1 taped up behind the glovebox. ( I had to remove the glovebox to get to the one on mine).
