Hi again,got a small problem,maybe someone out there knows,can the bulb be changed in sunroof switch? Ihad a look and it seems to be the strangest looking bulb ever,local Vauxhall dealer wants £535 for a complete switch/motor assembley! dam expensive just for a light any help would be appreciated.......2tone

Just waitin to hear if he wants his details on the oof.
He cuts out a carboard ring, same size as the holder, makes a circle of LEDs', he then joins them together and sticks them on the cardboard.
Then all you do, is to take the sunroof console apart, remove the plastic bits that are already in there, and put the replacement blue LEDs in.
You have two options, depending on how you wire it up, you can have the LEDs on permanently or only when your lights are on.

I know Vauxhall want £500 for this assembly, but the bulb is replaceable as a seperate part! Sorry, but I do not know precise part no. Vx dealer parts dept should know.

The bulb certainly looks like it needs soldering ... two long trailing wires, no cap :)
