Title: ccr 600

my cartridge is jammed.is it possible/worth getting it repaired or should i source another ccr unit.
how are the ccr units removed?

Check the model number?

CCR600 is a cassette player - doesn`t have a cartridge ?

Or do you mean the cassette is jammed?

Either way, happy to take a look with a view to repairing it, just need to clarify the above model / fault  first.

think he means the cd changer cdc2 dave ccr600 always has a cdc2 connected to its arse ;D

Astra doesn`t and neither does the Corsa
Both have the CDC2 as an optional upgrade   ;)

Suppose it cuts down on options when the car is built and makes the upgrade far easier for the dealer - just add the changer, The Vectra B's had CAR400's fitted where no autochanger was specified, but then to upgrade a Vectra with an autochanger required a different glovebox as well.

I guess you knew that already though as it's your job ;D ::)

Astra had a modified glovebox also -

Never seen the Corsa option, so no idea where it was fitted.

sorry folks,it must be the cdc2.i asure you it does have a cd cassette drive.
any help with the original question...lol

you can get them off ebay for bout £25 + POSTAGE FELLA :y
