when i first got my car i disconnected the battery to do some work and when plugged in i realised i had no codes, so i went to this place who can give you the factory code (theyre usually all the same apart from that rare instance someone 'personalises' the code). £8.99 almost any radio, you just need the serial number on your unit:

Am I being stupid (probably am) but can I only get the code for the CDC2 and not the CCR800 head unit?

CCR800 head unit cannot be decoded via email, as it has to be plugged into our decoder, hence not on our email site
