Title: CDR2005 Single CD....

....player in my 2000 V6 CD (facelift) , I don't have a car pass there was not one when purchased. I need to replace the DIS (coil) pack but will not have the code to re input, are these units coded to the car or will I need to get a car pass ?? I have searched for any answers but no found any for the CDR20005

CDr2005 requires a code.....not really essential to disconnect the battery to change the coil pack as all the live feeds around there are ignition or ECU switched.
