Title: NCDC 2015 purchase

I am looking at buying a second hand NCDC 2015 but from what i have seen it has to be decoded from the CID otherwise its useless - can anyone confirm this before i spend the cash?

yep. depair via tech2, remove. Install, re pair.

Yes, must be depaired.  Also, the screen you want to use it with (only works with GID or CID) must also be unpaired.

Then, when fitted, they are paired together via Tech2 (http://theboy.omegaowners.com)
