Fitted a cdr500 the other day as had no radio when I got the car. After some help off here about the connection I now have another problem!
What wiring should be in the recess for radio as its got the aerial wire & the 3plug for radio & display.However there's a tangle of wires, the 3 plug was attached to an adapter which has got a double plug (taped up) leading to another double plug.The main problem i'm getting now is nasty smell which I think is coming from under the bonnet.Its smells sort of like something plastic getting hot,maybe melting,have looked & can't see anything out the ordinary.
