Title: Wheels-InMotions new pricing structure
Post by: TheBoy on 23 January 2008, 21:08:17
As you may know, Wheels-InMotion (WIM), a respected member here, is opening a new £1m centre in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Despite this huge investment in the new centre, WIM are REDUCING prices for our club Omegas :D

The new prices are as follows for member's Omegas are:

Initial Adjustment £85 inc VAT
Subsequent adjustments* £30 + VAT

*adjustments/finetunes/enhancements for the 12 months following initial adjustment.

Just to clarify, the old 2k free fine tune is no longer free.  It would appear the majority of people outside of track cars took up this facility anyway.

How do we identify as a club member? Just telling them? As they are local to me I might as well treat my new Omega  ;)

You have too put your right arm under your left leg to shake his hand, oh and you have got to show your left nipple at the same time :D

Possibly wrong thread but while changing the front brake discs and pads I noticed the f/o/s tyre is all but bald on the inner edge.

With lack of feathering I'm prone to think camber rather than tracking.

Tony at WIM set it up with the 4 new tyres. Is there any warranty on work/ uneven tyre wear? ? ? ?

He used to have a 2k mile 'recheck/readjust' after initial setup but that is now subject to the new price structure and a £35 fee or so.......

I went back for the final adjustment and Tony made some tweaks

Just that MOT is due in 2 weeks.

Where's the nearest recommended place for camber adjustment to M25 junc A13 (Junc 30)?

Didn't someone try and get good wear and results after being adjusted at Elite at Rainham/Dagenham?
