Hi,
Need some advice on how i can use my sony radio/cd player without having to have the ignition on. On all  my previous cars, i have been able to turn the key once and on comes the radio ( without going to the igniation stage)

The car is a CDX on an R reg

If you have the correct Sony loom with the inline bullets, join the Red and Yellow wires together from the stereo and connect to the Red wire in the ISO block (one located above the black earth pin).

Sorry, meant to say that the above will aloow stereo to be used independantly of the ignition.

Don`t tend to retail head units via our website much these days, as there are too many others selling them for a lot less than we are buying them for !!  We try to concentrate on servicing and repairs.

However, If you get stuck though, give me a yell . . . .

And if you meant leads - then yes, we sell most of them, and also have the ability of making custom leads to order.

It was the lead I was after mate,  I will look at the the one ive got in the shed and let you know what model its is and maybe you could then work out a price for the lead.
