which is the mid display and what functions does it have on it?
thanks

Clock, Radio display (Date if turned off) Check etc.
Two versions IIRC, depends what colour plug you have on the back of it.

MID is the most common, has check control features too, washer fluid, lights, oil.
Top bit has fuel consumption, range, trip, timer, temps, also check control displays here, bottom bit is radio

Need an NCDx series radio to drive the CID or GID.
Need CCRT series radio to drive the CCRT MID
Everything else, MID or TID, depending on spec of car

NCDC201x plus CID, plus possibly a bit of minor wiring (depending on age).
Remember the NCDx series radios are not security coded like older radios, their theft protection is based on 'pairing'. The NCDC201x, cd changer (even though in head unit, is a seperate device), screen, and telematics (ncdc2015) are all coded together. If parts are removed without being depaired, they cannot be reused with 'new' devices. I'll pop up a post in a few days explaining the NCDx series security a little better.
