have you got any magic trees haning from the mirror or rear grab handles? as any movement from such items trigger the internal sensors when the car gets blown about in the wind.

Bonnet switch is always the number one favourite

Power sounder is always the number two favourite

Both cause a lot of problems, and both are very easily diagnosed by simply unplugging them

I had several nights of being woken up by the alarm - made me really popular with the neighbours. Eventually found that it was a fly that had taken up residence. 1 can of fly killer and problem solved.

i had the same thing being woken up at all hours, i dont have a sounder just a hooter, tried all the suggestions but still it would wake the neighbours up!, i then found my heated rear window wasnt working, tracked it down to an iffy negative [0v] by the n/side back light, now my window is working & the alarm aint gone off since, dont know if its coincidence or what but at least i get a full nights sleep :y
