Having looked through Mr Haynes diags  ....... (feel free to correct me anyone) ::)

Earth (0volts for the electrickery bods) - Brown
 Brakes - yellow/black
 left tail - grey/black
 right tail - grey/red
 left turn - black white
 right turn - black/green
 rear fogs - black/blue
You should be able to find all these connections behind the trim at the rear of the boot (bumper side) in a square-ish plug which also contains a bigger red wire for powering caravans.

NB if you use the brake's black/yellow wire at the plug then you'll need to bridge the terminal in the relay base above the driver's feet or fit the trailer brake light failure 'relay'.
