Am i right in thinking these are 2 ohms per Driver?

Yes, the use of 2 ohms allows the amp to deliver a higher wattage without the need to raise the car supply to a higher voltage.

This is no big issue in design terms but, many other amps struggle to drive 2 ohm as they become unstable and often 'motorboat'
