Guys,
I have some audio from previous cars and am thinking, while the missus and children are away for a couple of weeks I thought I might take advantage and try and install some of it.
My question, I have 8AWG about 8mm thick power that I'd like to get from the engine bay to the boot.
How have those that have routed power from engine bay to boot done this. I had a quick look at the scuttle where the air filter is and found two large bundles of cables going in to the cabin but these look to have been fitted "too well" and so I'm toying with the idea of drilling a hole and using another grommet to get the power through the bulkhead.
Anyone able to help?
Much appreciated!

Excellent, thanks Razzo.
Taking the air vent off looks like a top idea. Will have to see what's involved there.
Cheers!

Followed the guide forwarded by Razzo and managed to get 4AWG through to the boot. Taking the air vent out passenger side was a good call.
Eventually got the cable through the lower gromet as recommended in about 20 mins and then routed to the boot through the sides. That took about another 20 mins.
Just now need to ask another question on another topic and then I can get my amp and sub in to the boot, hopefully tomorrow if the weather holds up!
