I've seen a few I've even seen a 54 plate omega police car still in service
-
Latest one i've seen was an 04 plate. Could all be same age of manufacture but plate equates to when registered. :)
-
there was always rumour that the police had bought up a load, and over the years registered them when required on fleet, this meant there are a few around that have been registered well beyond the last car being produced.
this looks to be a nice car, i would imagine it will go for 4K

Thats what I thought when I saw it :y

I have an 04 plate on my 2.2 but the car was manufactured in December 03 just not registered until April 04 for some reason, problem selling the last models perhaps.

Only 1 bidder bidding against himself, no reserve met notice so why would he keep biding, unless it is the seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!

most likely
my 3.0 was only registered in march 2001, thus making it a Y reg, tho it was "technically" discontinued in Jan 2001, making it hard to get its details up on computers when finding insurance!! (and it doesnt show up on parkers when you type it in as 2001Y)
