Yep, so I have conducted a series of tests for mounting to my mig a night vision system, very simple, but very usefull and cheap in the same time (if you have an old video camera with night vision capabilities and a monitor). Here are two links witch describe some of the functionalities of the system

I personally find this system very usefull in my contry, because at night, even on European roads, there are drunk men, bicyclists, and carts not signalised.
So, the big question is that you find this system usefull or not, and with arguments. Thanks for your time!

The links appear to be knackered?

What are 'chariots'. Horses and carts? :-/

Yep Ive been to romania with a truck a number of times and driving at night is not much fun.
The roads are not the best and you come across some wierd and wonderfull things,
the night vision camera would come in very usefull imho.

So anyone got this system installed?
Anyone going to get it installed? :-/

So, I get it work, installed the display in the instrument panel and the camera only for testing, and tomorrow maybe I will install the camera also near the rearview mirror. In 30 minutes I will upload the pictures... Just a sec.

Here are the pics only with the display mounted and functioning. The camera I will mount saturday. So...

Yes they do, but I was in a german truck it also had lights, and you can only see a certian distance with lights, if any vehicle is comming towards you you were 50% of the time blinded as thelights were all over the place apart from there were they are supposed to be, so a camera would be very usefull at times.

I have found a camera for the system http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/27-Optical-Zoom-3-2-86-4mm-SONY-CCD-Night-Vision-Camera_W0QQitemZ360179821426QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CCTV?hash=item53dc63eb72&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 it is very practical. So I guess I will place an order soon.
