may sound daft but the two fans on the radiator, are they both suppose to work?

i only have one working ... fuse maybe ?

2 fans ?????
there should be 2 fans on the front of the rad for aircon and 1 behind the rad for cooling the car hth

Yep, 2 on front of rad run with AC on. 1 behind rad runs when engine is hot.
That is how mine run anyway, never seen just one of the 2 infront run on its own.

Check your fuses in the compartment behind the battery...
