Title: renewing stereo

hi guys im about to fit an aftermarket stereo to the omega  however when i did in in the vectra i lost the date/time  does anyone know which wire i cut so that the time/date is still on display

You won't loose time only date I think, and that only when the stereo is on.
What display do you have in mig?

Its a red wire with a white tracer conect it to the remote out of your new stereo ...usualy a blue with white tracer
when you turn the stereo on the date / time  will come on  :y
