Title: A day on the MV6
Post by: TheBoy on 15 February 2008, 19:12:57
Well, a couple of hours anyway....

MV6 passed its MOT (at last!).

To celebrate, I changed the top coolant hose in an effort to reduce the coolant leak.  This resulted in the relay box lid getting damaged, and the only spare I had was pre mini facelift.  I've asked Tunnie if he finds one up the scrappy tomorrow......

So, in last couple of weeks, its had new front discs/pads/sensors, rear discs/pads/shoes, rear shocks, and a new top coolant hose. Oh, and a sidelight bulb.

Remaining job on MV6 is wheels.

I should apologise to the car, and say the threat to tow it down the scrap yard was hollow.....
