Title: Air bag warning
Post by: blue_dream on 27 December 2009, 22:10:33
Evening
I changed the two front doors on my 1998 omega back in the summer due to broken door straps within the door shell, i did disconnect the battery before hand but afterwards i have the tell tale light on dash that airbags not opertive,
Can i reset this by disconnecting the battery again, i haven't bothered before just getting lazy in my old age to sort   :( :(

Unfortunately the airbag light can only be reset using a Tech2 ....

Forum tech2's are in Nottingham, Northampton and Hampshire... cheaper and more knowledgeable than the Vx Stealers .. :)

Ah! Do the replacement doors have the side door sensors in, or did they come off a pre 1998 car?
