Title: Q:unknown connector next to coolant tank
Post by: olzz on 17 January 2010, 17:29:38
Hey all!

I need help for finding the answer for the loose connector under the bonnet. There is 2 pin connector hanging, 2days i have been searching the answer plug. It comes through the cabin fire-wall together with the coolant tank level sensor wire. Please see the pictures below:

PS! The car is with left steering configuration :)

Could anybody check his/her Omega 2,2 bensin, where this connector is connected!

Thank you in advance!!

Aux coolant pump?

Put a meter on the contacts, if you get 12v when the ignition is on then thats what it will most likely be

Voltage measurement done. No power coming, when ignition is on...

Most probably it is Omega standard wiring kit, and not used with  current engine

Mate, I know from other forums in my country (clubopel.com) that it is for testing the HID xenon system.
