i have a problem with my radio battery been of for a while now when i try to enter the code by pressing the as button and pressing the on switch i getthe message 7 safe and cant go any further

If it is displaying 7 SAFE I think that means the wrong code has been entered 3 times and there are only 7 attempts left :(

As the number of remaining attempts gets less I think you have to leave the radio switched on for an increasing length of time before you can enter a code.

hi try keeping the as button in while u turn the ignition on it should bleep then start to flash with 4 marks to enter the code . keep as button in till it bleeps .

If you have entered it wrong 3 times already, that sounds like you have the wrong code...

yes at first it was the wrong code i found the right one and got it entered eventually all is well now with the radio but still have another problem
