Never see the boot install in an estate, I presume the sub box fits in the left hand compartment which normally houses the first aid kit but where does the amp live?

Certain there is only one...

can't remember if amp sits on a funky bracket or not. If it does, easy enough to fab

Got some sort of bracket attached to it.
