Title: No sound!

Radio swithes on ok, shows all the stations and cd showing ok but I have no sound! Could this be the amp?

Original stereo?
Seperate amps or BOSE ?
Short circuit speakers?

A little more info needed please

A '96 Elite won't have Bose, so suspect that its the SC804 thats gone AWOL.

Has it ever worked?
