Without knowing the model number of the stereo fitted, its difficult to answer, but if you let me have some details I will try to point you in the right direction.

P.S.
Avoid the TXT speak on here as it gets right up peoples noses

I can decode that radio for you, but you would need to send it to me

But they will only tell you of the original stereo fitted all those years ago -

If teh stereo has ever been changed, repaired or decoded, then you will have wasted your money with Vauxhall -

My service is 100% accurate, as we take the readings directly from the stereo, and not a guess from an out of date database

Dave needs some radios to de-code them, some are done via serial numbers etc over the internet.
The Car Pass from Vauxhall gives more than just the radio code, it also gives you the codes if you ever wanted to get a replacement key. The Tech II (Vx's diagnostic/coding kit) will ask for a code as you program keys. It would also give you the code that Vauxhall would require if you wanted to order a new key blade from them (ie not just copying them to a blank) and CD changer code as applicable  :y
