Title: powersounder
Post by: Brucie1946 on 25 August 2010, 13:09:31
Hello all alarm sufferers!

Seeing as though Im having alarm issues at the moment with a poorly powersounder, which needs replacing.  Theres someone selling a powersounder on ebay for £20 start price, brand new in bag.  Only reason I know is because I asked for part no, they told me - 9194454, not suitable for mine as I need 90508618 which is more expensive, but now have found cheaper at a dealer sale.

Grab yourself a bargain chaps, this powersounder is for later omegas so Im told, search under vauxhall sirens on ebay, emmalou1508

Cheers
Dean

I am also looking for the earlier power sounder which was very expensive at my local Vauxhall dealers (Cirencester) when I enquired a few months agoand the ebay ones are probably no better than the one I want to replace!
Which dealer was offerng a lower price? Vauxhall's at Cheltenham?

This is a risk, bearing in mind they seem to fail after as little as 5 years or so. :-/

The one on ebay I mention about 9194454 is NEW in a vaux bag.

As for earlier type at cheap price, I bought it as a one off from dealer up north.  Someone else is selling a new earlier type 90508618 on ebay for 49.99, again NEW in a vaux bag.
