Title: power steering fuse

Errr I seem to be blowing my powers teering fuse a lot, ok it seems as if this fuse has a lot to deal with in the first place but I didn't think that adding a CB to the fag lighter was going to cause too many problems?

less than 4 amps, as a 1999 2.5 V6 the fuse is 30amps

Was it blowing it before the CB was added?

Remember other stuff will also be pulling current through that fuse...

might be worth checking your soldering .... when you put the cig lighter back in you might be touching wires ??
