I have replaced original stereo ncdr 2011 to a different stereo.original headunit has boardcomputer switch on it. i know that boardcomputer works without headunit. question is, what wires i must connect to get boardcomputer on the display?

You need to either cut the connection from the switched feed from the head unit to the display (this disables the date display and enables the head unit to use it). OR configure the display to ignore it using a tech 2.

Kevin Wood missed the fact it was an NCDx series.
You need to replace the screen, the wiper stalk, and do some minor wiring :y

what do you meen by changing the screen. car have a working color display.problem is that i cant see the board computer on the screen(can see only date , time and electrical failures sometimes). BC can be switched on only by switching BC on the original headunit. but i replaced it. how to switch on BC without original headunit? sorry if i have understood wrong something.

You can not control a GID or a CID without a NCDx head unit on an Omega (different setup to Vectras and later Astras).
You have to replaced the GID/CID with a MID, fit a new wiper stalk with S and R buttons, and run 2 wires.
