Title: Help needed with wiring codes to EGR on 2.2 petrol

Hi all,
Needing help identifying the wireing colour codes into the plug on the EGR on a 2.2 petrol engine. The car is a MY 2000  with the y22 engine.

Welung666 sent me a plug and part of a wiring loom. However the wires on this plug are not the same as the wire colours in my car's loom. Once I know which wires go to which pin on the plug I hope the Omega will be back on the road.

Wires in loom on car:-
Brown/ Red tracer.
Brown/ White tracer.
White.
Red/ Blue tracer.
Red/ White tracer.

Wires on plug from Welung 666

Pin A.  Brown/ Grey tracer.
Pin B.  Brown/ Green tracer.
Pin C.  Brown/ Yellow tracer.
Pin D.  Black/ Blue tracer.
Pin E.   Red/ Blue tracer.

Hopefully some one will be able to give me advice as to which wires to attach to which.

I will ask around is the egr the same type as old one or newer or older??? on the plug there is a code like abcde and on old plug should have the same.. they should match up.

Unfortunatly the original plug was completely smashed off, long story. So do not have old plug. ::) The replacement plug/wiring is different colours to the wires in my loom to egr, as seen by my list of wires.

The EGR is identical to the one taken off.

Thanks for your reply, could not contact earlier as I am having to do Hospital visits.

would think its that if wire's same as 2.0L egr colour code
