Title: speakers is this common ?????

hi all       my speakers on the doors have a rather large
( dirty looking ) black area   my car has beige cloth so it shows out big time    only around the speaker area
 what causes it   and can it be cleaned easy   
 as  i might be selling my car

think that 'speaker mark' is standard on all light omegas tbh  :'(
