Hi everyone! I nodiced that my 'mega has electro-folding mirrors button but it doesn't work. It is possible that whole keypad was changed , and probably my car doesn't have that option. what is the best way to check it, and what doo I need to make my mirrors fold electricly. Cheers!!!

Omegas were never fitted with folding mirrors, could it be aftermarket?
-
My first Omega had the button but no motors in the mirror housings.
Some of the non-UK late Omega's had them fitted but not many.

most 2003 opel mega have these...

Mine is late 2001.So it probably doesn't have this option. Is it possible to install this feature somehow?
-
if you find a donnor omega you can fit it :)
-
I was planing to get one from there, 'cause I see that you take really god care of them :y .But I think it will bee hard to find one with that option.
-
in uk most likely you won't find.. i'm not there (uk), but in romania, your ne4xt door neighbour :)). was thinking too to get a spare parts car from them also but the 2,2 diesels are quite expensive, but petrol ones aren't..
-
Yes, petrol's are not exppencive, but transport is. . :-[ So I can't figure how to get one here. 'cause transport costs are twice more expencive than the car. . .

on a trailer.. it should be ~200eur. ppl pay here from munchen to craiova 100eur for a car and its ~1600km.
-
Really?? I asked couple of people here in Novi Sad and thay asked me around 1000e. That sounds much better. :y
-
wohooo for 1000e i can go get it for you :)). if you go there with a bus and return in the car you shouldn't spend more than 300-400€
-
Now this has to be OOF at it's International Best..... :y :y :y

Hmm take into account the fuel, ferry and highway tools plus the bus ticket and it is way more than 300 euros
